Private Group PT Sessions
Learn to squat, deadlift, bench press, pull up and push up with a supportive all-female group. Held in a private facility, it is the perfect environment for you to learn and get comfortable with free weights and machines in a friendly gym environment.
Nutrition and Training Plans
Get educated on how to still eat the foods you love, but not miss the mark on your goals. No big restriction. No fad diets. Just a wholesome diet that you can stick to because you actually enjoy it. Your training plan will be app-based to track your performance & there are home and gym options.
Education and Accountability
My goal is to give you all the tools you need in order to sustain the incredibly results you are going to get. As much as I am here to be your number 1 cheerleader, I am also here to hold you accountable to the goals you set out to achieve. Consistently reviewing your progress is key to keeping motivation high and on the right track to achieving your results.

In this call you can tell me about your health and fitness goals in more detail. Then, we can discuss whether STRONGER is the right option for you at this point in time. Any questions you may have about coaching can be brought up here.

You get set up on the training app, access the workouts and book into your first group training session! Attend your first momentum group call to set your targets for the week ahead and access the education portal to begin your lifting learning journey.

Who is your next coach?
Before I started coaching, I always wanted to be toned and strong but had no idea what to do in the gym and really struggled with my body image.
I eventually got a coach myself. And since then I have never looked back. From casual training in the gym, to competitive body-building, long-distance running and competing in CrossFit..
